XNXX doesn't get talked about the way Pornhub does. No rebrand drama. No congressional hearings. No documentary crews showing up. It just sits there with arguably the biggest library on the internet and a premium tier that quietly outperforms everything else at its price point. I almost made the mistake of treating it as a Pornhub clone. It's not. The data tells a different story.

Let me start with what actually surprised me. The Blacklight scan came back 0 trackers and 0 cookies. Zero. On a site that competes for the top five most visited adult platforms globally. No fingerprinting detected. No session recording. No keystroke capture. I re-ran it because I assumed something was wrong. Same result. For context — Pornhub came back at 2 trackers, XHamster at 2 trackers, RedTube at 2 trackers and 3 cookies. SpankBang matched XNXX at 0/0 but SpankBang doesn't operate at the same traffic scale. A site this big running this clean on third-party tracking is legitimately unusual and it deserves to be the first thing said about it.

The parent company is WGCZ Holdings, Czech Republic. Also operates XVideos. They don't publish detailed privacy policies the way American tech companies do, and "clean Blacklight scan" doesn't mean "collects no data." First-party analytics certainly exist. Server logs capture what server logs capture. But on every metric that independent scanning tools can verify — zero across the board. That matters. Especially compared to Aylo's cross-property behavioral infrastructure that I spent three paragraphs discussing in the Pornhub review.

The library. Over 10 million videos and I believe it because I went deep into category pages expecting to hit a wall and didn't. Page 300 of "Most Viewed" was still serving functional content with working thumbnails and full-length videos. Catalog depth here competes directly with Pornhub, which is the only other tube that can make the same claim honestly. Content spans amateur through professional studio, with a heavier amateur lean than Pornhub's post-purge library. Verification requirements exist but seem less aggressive than what Aylo implemented, which means the catalog retains more of the amateur character that Pornhub's 2020 cleanup eliminated.

Quality on free is better than I expected. Most content plays at 1080p as a genuine baseline, a meaningful portion reaches 1440p, and I found scattered 4K uploads accessible without paying. Pornhub compresses free streams below what the resolution labels indicate. XNXX's free quality felt closer to honest labeling during my testing. Not a scientific comparison — I didn't measure bitrates — but the visual difference was noticeable switching between the two sites on the same monitor.

The ads on free are bad. Not uniquely bad, not worse than Pornhub or XHamster, but the same flavor of bad that defines every major free tube. Mobile redirects on first tap. EPorner offers free downloads but without a premium tier's quality and breadth. SpankBang doesn't have a paid tier at all. XNXX GOLD is the objective best value in tube premium right now and it's not particularly close.

No iOS app. The Android APK is available directly from the site, sideloaded outside the Play Store. It works fine. Ads are less aggressive than the browser experience. Notification that it's not from a verified source might bother some people. For iPhone users there's nothing — browser only, which means the full mobile ad experience every single time.

The design is old. Really old. I'm looking at it right now and trying to figure out the last time anything visual changed and I genuinely can't tell. The thumbnail grid is dense in a way that's actually functional — you can scan through massive amounts of content without endless scrolling. Search works well. Category navigation is logical. Everything loads fast. There's an argument that the stripped-down design contributes to performance because there's nothing to slow it down. But calling the interface "dated" is generous. It looks like a site that was designed competently in 2010 and never touched again.

Billing on GOLD shows as XNXX.COM via Epoch. That's less discreet than Pornhub's generic Aylo/Probiller descriptor. XNXX.COM on a statement is identifiable if someone knows what they're looking at. Not a dealbreaker for most people but worth knowing before you subscribe.

The dated design and hostile free mobile experience are real limitations. But on the metrics I can actually measure and compare across every tube I've reviewed, XNXX comes out ahead of everything else. It's the tube I'd recommend first if someone asked me which one to pay for, and the privacy data is a significant part of why.
