XVideos and XNXX are siblings. Same parent company, WGCZ Holdings, Czech Republic. Same payment processor, Epoch. Similar library scale, similar premium pricing, similar design philosophy that could generously be described as "functional." I reviewed XNXX first and gave it the highest tube score in the project. Now I need to figure out whether XVideos deserves the same treatment or whether there are meaningful differences underneath the family resemblance.

There are. Not enormous ones. But enough.

The catalog is over 9 million videos with roughly 850 new uploads appearing daily. That number isn't static and it probably won't match by the time anyone reads this because the upload velocity is constant. I did the same depth test I ran on XNXX — navigated deep into category pages waiting to hit empty results. Didn't happen. Page after page of functioning content, working thumbnails, full-length videos. The catalog composition leans harder into amateur content than XNXX does. More unpolished uploads, more user-generated material, more of the raw footage aesthetic that Pornhub largely purged in 2020. Whether that's a strength or a weakness depends entirely on what you're looking for. If you want curated studio content, Pornhub or any premium site serves that better. If you want volume and variety with less corporate filtering, XVideos delivers something the post-purge landscape mostly doesn't.

Free quality surprised me in the same way XNXX did. 1080p as a genuine baseline on most content. A real portion of the library serves 1440p. Scattered 4K. The free quality question matters because it's one of the few areas where tubes meaningfully differentiate — Pornhub compresses free streams below their labeled resolution, I verified this side by side. XVideos' free streams felt honest to their quality labels during testing, consistent with what I found on XNXX.

No download button on free. None. Streaming only. This is the first significant difference from XNXX, where GOLD includes unlimited downloads at the same price point. On XVideos free, if you want to save anything, you need third-party tools and I'm not here to recommend those. The absence of any official download path on free means RED becomes the only legitimate option for offline viewing.

RED. $9.99 a month, same price as XNXX GOLD and Pornhub Premium. But the proposition is different. RED includes roughly 220,000 exclusive videos — full scenes from studios like Brazzers, MYLF, and others that aren't available on the free tier at all. That's a different value prop than XNXX GOLD, which primarily removes ads, upgrades quality, and adds downloads to the existing library. RED adds a completely separate content layer on top. Downloads included. 4K where available. Ad-free. Seven-day free trial, which none of the other tube premiums I tested offered.

The 220K exclusive library is RED's strongest selling point and its most relevant distinction from XNXX GOLD. If unlimited downloads of the free library is what you need, XNXX GOLD wins outright. If studio exclusive content matters to you, RED has material you won't find on the free tier of any tube. Different value propositions for the same monthly cost. I think XNXX GOLD is the stronger overall deal because unlimited downloads represent permanent value, but RED makes a legitimate case if the exclusive library matches your interests.

The Blacklight scan. One ad tracker. Zero cookies. No fingerprinting. No session recording. No keystroke capture. Nearly identical to XNXX's result — XNXX came back at 0/0, XVideos at 1/0. The single tracker difference is negligible in practice. Both WGCZ properties run dramatically cleaner than their competitors. Pornhub returned 2 trackers, XHamster 2 trackers, RedTube 2 trackers with 3 cookies. The WGCZ approach to third-party tracking is measurably lighter than what Aylo deploys across its properties.

VirusTotal returned 1/94 on XVideos. One vendor flagged the domain out of ninety-four. XNXX came back clean at 0/94 from the same parent company. A single VT flag is almost always content-category heuristics — security vendors that flag adult domains based on content type rather than actual threats detected. I didn't find any evidence of malware, malicious redirects, or phishing during testing. Noting it for completeness because I'd be inconsistent if I didn't — I flagged NoirMale's 1/94 and TabooMale's 3/94 in their reviews and XVideos gets the same transparent treatment.

Same first-party data caveat applies here as with XNXX. Clean Blacklight doesn't mean zero data collection. WGCZ operates both XVideos and XNXX off the same infrastructure. Internal analytics, server logs, behavioral tracking within their ecosystem — all of that exists beyond what Blacklight measures. But on the metrics I can independently verify, XVideos is among the cleanest tubes in the project.

Ads on free mobile. Same story as every tube. I timed it. Same 40-50 second window of redirect-interstitial-overlay before content plays. Casino ads, dating apps, the standard garbage. Desktop with an ad blocker is fine. Mobile without one is painful. There's an Android APK available from the site directly, marginally better than the browser. No iOS app. This paragraph is the same paragraph I wrote for Pornhub and XNXX because the experience is the same on every major free tube and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

Design is old. Not "charmingly retro" old. Just old. Dense thumbnail grid, fast loading, functional navigation, search that works. It looks like XNXX because they're built on the same foundation. Everything works. Nothing looks good.

Billing on RED shows as XVIDEOS.COM via Epoch. Same transparency concern as XNXX — that descriptor is identifiable. Less discreet than Pornhub's generic Aylo/Probiller. Worth knowing.

7.2/10. Slightly below XNXX's 7.6 and here's why. The library is comparable in scale. The privacy scan is nearly identical. RED is a solid premium option. But XNXX GOLD's unlimited downloads represent better pure value, and XNXX's Blacklight scan came back marginally cleaner at 0/0 versus 1/0. The VT 1/94 flag adds an asterisk that XNXX doesn't carry. In a vacuum XVideos is an excellent tube — massive library, clean privacy, competitive premium. In context, its sister site edges it on the metrics I weight most heavily and I can't pretend that comparison doesn't exist when the same company operates both.
