I gave XNXX a 7.6 as a free tube — highest tube score in the project. The question with GOLD is simple: does paying $9.99 a month improve enough to justify the cost when the free product is already that strong. The answer is yes, and the reason is one word: downloads.

Unlimited downloads. That's the feature. No daily cap. No "fair use" policy. No 20-per-day limit. No throttling after a certain number. You pay your $9.99, you download whatever you want from a library of over 10 million videos, in whatever quality is available, as many times as you want. I tested this by downloading roughly forty videos across a two-day period in various resolutions including 4K. No restrictions triggered. No warning emails. No account flags. The unlimited claim held up under actual usage in a way that marketing claims from other platforms haven't always survived when I tested them.

That matters because permanent offline copies represent a fundamentally different value proposition than streaming access. Streaming depends on the platform continuing to host the content, your internet connection, and the platform's decision not to remove or region-lock material. Downloads are yours. The file exists on your drive regardless of what happens to the site, the video, or your subscription. The exclusive content is RED's differentiator — material that isn't available on the free tier at all. But XNXX GOLD's unlimited download policy on a larger base library arguably delivers more total value unless those specific studio exclusives are what you're after. I covered this comparison in the XVideos review and my position hasn't changed: GOLD's unlimited downloads represent better pure value, RED's exclusive library represents different value. Depends what you prioritize.

XHamster Gold is $19.99. Double the price. Smaller library at roughly 6 million videos — about 60% of XNXX's catalog. Downloads included but on a catalog that's meaningfully smaller across every metric. The amateur community content and integrated cams make XHamster's free product distinctive, but the premium pricing math doesn't survive comparison with GOLD. You're paying twice as much to download from a library that's notably smaller.

EPorner doesn't have a premium tier because EPorner gives away downloads for free. On a smaller library with 4 cookies where XNXX has 0. EPorner's free product is remarkable but the privacy gap and the catalog size gap mean GOLD still offers something EPorner can't — unlimited downloads from the largest tube library with the cleanest Blacklight scan.

SpankBang gives away downloads for free too. Zero-cookie Blacklight scan matching XNXX's. Smaller library. No premium tier to compare. SpankBang is the strongest free-only alternative to paying for GOLD and I'd recommend it to anyone who specifically doesn't want to pay for downloads. But XNXX's library scale advantage is real — 10 million versus SpankBang's smaller catalog means GOLD subscribers have access to meaningfully more content for their downloads.

Beyond downloads, GOLD removes all ads. The free XNXX mobile experience involves the standard tube ad gauntlet — redirects, interstitials, overlay banners. GOLD eliminates all of it. Clean browsing. Clean video playback. The transformation is the same one every tube premium delivers but it's worth stating because the free mobile experience on every major tube is bad enough that ad removal alone has value. On desktop with an adblocker already running, the ad removal is less impactful. On mobile where most traffic hits the site, it's significant.

4K streaming on supported content. The free tier already serves up to 1440p with some 4K. GOLD guarantees access to the highest available resolution on everything. The quality upgrade between free and GOLD is less dramatic than on Pornhub, where free streams are deliberately compressed below labeled resolution. XNXX's free quality is already honest. GOLD improves it further but the gap is narrower than what Pornhub Premium creates against its free tier.

What GOLD doesn't do. No exclusive content. No separate library. No premium-only performers or categories. You're getting the exact same 10 million videos with better quality, no ads, and unlimited downloads. For some people that's disappointing — XVideos RED's 220K exclusives feel like "more" even if the download policy is less generous. GOLD doesn't pretend to be a different product. It's the same product with the friction removed. Whether that's enough depends on how much the friction bothered you.

The interface stays dated regardless of subscription status. Same 2012 design. Same dense thumbnail grid. Same functional-but-ugly aesthetic. No premium UI refresh. No exclusive app. The Android APK is the same sideloaded build with ads removed. No iOS app at all. GOLD doesn't buy a premium experience in the visual or UX sense. That descriptor is identifiable if someone reads your statement carefully. Less discreet than Pornhub Premium's Aylo/Probiller. More discreet than having "PORNHUB" appear, which it doesn't on either platform, but XNXX.COM is a recognizable domain name in a way that Aylo isn't.

8.5/10. Highest tube premium score and it's not close. The unlimited download policy on a 10-million-video library with 0/0 Blacklight privacy is a combination no competitor matches at any price. Pornhub Premium restricts downloads. XVideos RED offers exclusives but not unlimited bulk downloading. XHamster Gold costs double for a smaller library. EPorner and SpankBang give away downloads free but on smaller catalogs with weaker privacy. GOLD doesn't add exclusive content and it doesn't improve the dated interface. What it does is remove every barrier between you and the largest clean tube library on the internet, and at $9.99 a month the value proposition is the strongest in the tube premium market.
