💳 Cancellation Guide — Updated March 2026

How to Cancel Brazzers in 2026

Three ways to cancel. What your bank statement looks like. And what to do if you're still getting charged after cancelling.

Method 1: Cancel Through Brazzers

1

Log into your account

Go to brazzers.com and sign in with the email and password you used at signup.

2

Go to Account Settings

Click your profile icon in the top right → Account Settings → Subscription or Membership.

3

Click Cancel Membership

Look for "Cancel", "Cancel Membership", or "Manage Subscription". They may offer a discount to stay — ignore it if you want to cancel.

4

Confirm cancellation

You'll get a confirmation email. Save it. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Method 2: Cancel Through the Payment Processor

If you can't find the cancel button on Brazzers, or if you forgot your login, you can cancel directly through whichever payment processor handled your signup. Check your bank statement to identify which one it was.

Epoch

"Epoch.com" on statement

Most common for Brazzers. Has a self-service cancellation portal.

Visit Epoch

Probiller

"Probiller.com" on statement

Used for some Aylo/MindGeek properties. Cancel via their support page.

Visit Probiller

Segpay

"Segpay" on statement

Less common for Brazzers but possible. Self-service portal available.

Visit Segpay

Method 3: Contact Your Bank

If you've tried both methods above and charges continue, contact your bank or credit card company and request a chargeback. Tell them you cancelled the subscription and are still being charged. They will block future charges from the processor. This is a last resort — use methods 1 or 2 first.

What Brazzers Looks Like on Your Bank Statement

Brazzers does NOT appear as "Brazzers" on your statement. It shows as the payment processor:

Probiller.comMost common
Epoch.comCommon
SegpayLess common
MBI*ProbillerVariant

This is actually more discreet than platforms like OnlyFans, which shows "OnlyFans" directly.

Things to Know

You keep access until the period ends

Cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately. You retain access until your current billing period expires.

Brazzers is part of Aylo (formerly MindGeek)

Aylo operates Brazzers, Pornhub, RedTube, YouPorn, and others. If you subscribed to a "network" deal, cancelling Brazzers may not cancel other Aylo subscriptions.

Watch for trial-to-paid conversions

If you signed up for a $1-$2 trial, it auto-converts to a full subscription ($29.99/mo typically). Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the charge.

Our Blacklight scan

Brazzers has 3 trackers, 1 cookie, no session recording, no keystroke capture. Standard for an Aylo property.

FAQ

How do I cancel Brazzers?

Log into brazzers.com → Account Settings → Cancel Membership. Or cancel through your payment processor: Epoch (epoch.com/billing), Probiller (probiller.com), or Segpay (cs.segpay.com). Check your bank statement to identify which processor.

What does Brazzers show on my bank statement?

Not "Brazzers". It shows as the payment processor — typically "Probiller.com", "Epoch.com", or "Segpay". More discreet than OnlyFans which shows its own name.

Will I be charged after cancelling?

No. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges after that. If charges continue, contact the payment processor directly or dispute with your bank.

Can I get a refund?

Brazzers doesn't typically offer refunds. Contact the payment processor (Epoch, Probiller, Segpay) directly — they sometimes issue refunds within a short window. If that fails, request a chargeback from your bank.

How much does Brazzers cost?

Standard pricing is ~$29.99/month. Trials start at $1-$2 for 2-7 days, then auto-convert to the monthly rate. Annual plans are typically cheaper per month. Always check the exact amount on your signup page.
