I almost gave this a much higher score. The Blacklight scan came back at 0 trackers and 0 cookies. Zero across the board. No fingerprinting, no session recording, no keystroke capture. VirusTotal 0/94. I scrolled through my spreadsheet of every site I've tested in this project and nothing else has returned a perfect zero on every single metric. OnlyFans has trackers. Fansly has cookies. Chaturbate has a cookie. Stripchat is close at 0/0 but FanCentro matched it with a cleaner overall profile. On privacy alone this would be a 9 or 10 out of 10 and I'd be writing a very different review.

Then I started reading what happened in June 2025.

Pornhub partnered with FanCentro — some sources say acquired, some say partnered, the distinction is unclear and possibly doesn't matter at this point. On June 23, 2025, they launched a completely rebuilt site. New interface. Modern design. Mobile-optimized. Looks great on the surface. And underneath it, everything broke.

I went through Trustpilot. Page after page. Creators saying their content libraries are gone. Not hidden, not archived — gone. Fans saying every chat history and every piece of purchased content disappeared overnight. One person said they'd spent over $2,500 on content from various creators and the platform now shows zero purchase history. Creators reporting earnings that don't match their subscriber count. People locked out of accounts for weeks with support tickets that go nowhere. Uploads sitting in moderation queues that never clear. A creator who came over from Pornhub called it "a complete failure and disaster" and said they have subscribers but no money to show for it.

The support situation makes it worse. Responses apparently come from Pornhub staff now, and multiple reviewers say those staff can't actually fix the platform-level issues. The original FanCentro founders — Stan Fiskin and Alan Hall, who launched this through AdultCentro back in 2017 — have reportedly stepped back from daily operations. The company's Twitter account stopped posting in May 2025, a month before the migration. When the founders distance themselves and the social media goes dark right before a major platform overhaul, that's not a great sign.

I want to be fair about what FanCentro was before all this. The feature set is legitimately good on paper. Monthly subscriptions with creator-set pricing. PPV clips. Tipping. DMs. Live streaming to subscribers. One-on-one video and audio calls where the creator sets a per-minute rate. Expiring stories like Instagram. Geo-blocking so creators can hide content from specific countries. A fan referral program. Weekly payouts with a three-week initial hold for new creators. 80% cut for creators which matches OnlyFans and Fansly exactly.

The live call feature is actually something OnlyFans doesn't have natively. If it worked reliably right now, that would be a genuine differentiator. The problem is "if it worked reliably right now" applies to most things on the platform.

Traffic sits at about 4.7 million monthly visits per Semrush, down 12.73% from January. US is the top country, then Brazil and Mexico. That's small compared to OnlyFans but it's real traffic, and the discoverability angle — being able to browse and find creators on-platform rather than needing them to send you a link — is something OnlyFans still barely does. Fansly is better at discovery too. FanCentro was competitive on this front before the migration broke the search and browse experience.

A pre-migration review from a creator named Nikki Holland gave FanCentro five stars, calling it her primary income source and praising the support team's responsiveness. Her updated note from July 2025 says "I advise you to refrain from engaging with this platform for the time being." That trajectory — five stars to "stay away" in under two months — tells the whole story of what the Pornhub transition did.

There's a Dutch article mentioning 6,000 active creators in the Netherlands alone, which gives some sense of scale. The platform isn't tiny. It had real adoption in certain markets. A 2018 lawsuit against OnlyFans alleging anti-competitive behavior shows FanCentro was once aggressive enough to legally challenge the category leader. That feels like a different company from the one Trustpilot is describing in 2026.

The privacy situation is the one bright spot that the chaos hasn't touched. 0/0 on Blacklight. Identified founders and a US business address in New Jersey. Credit cards only for subscribers which isn't great for anonymity but discreet billing is industry standard. Creators can receive payouts in USDT if they want crypto. The domain's been registered since 2014. No malware flags, no security incidents in the data.

5.2/10. This score is almost entirely about timing. A year ago FanCentro probably deserved a 6.5 or 7. The feature set is real, the privacy scan is the best I've ever recorded, the creator cut is competitive, and the platform had genuine traction. But the Pornhub migration broke it. Creators can't get paid. Content disappeared. Support doesn't function. The founders walked away. I can't give a higher score to a platform where the most common Trustpilot review is some version of "they have my money and won't give it to me." If they fix it — and that's a real if at this point — the fundamentals are there for a competitive creator platform. Right now it's a perfect privacy score wrapped around a broken product.
