How to Cancel Chaturbate in 2026

Method 1: Disable Auto Token Refill

Log into your account
Go to chaturbate.com and sign in.
Go to Settings
Click your username (top right) → Settings.
Click Payment Settings
Find the Payment Settings or Billing section in the sidebar.
Disable Auto Token Refill
Toggle off "Auto Token Refill" or click Disable. No further automatic token purchases will be made.
Method 2: Delete Your Chaturbate Account
Go to Settings
Log in → click your username → Settings.
Find Account Deletion
Scroll to the bottom of the Account tab. Look for "Delete Account" or "Close Account".
Confirm deletion
Follow the prompts. Chaturbate may ask for your password and a reason. Any remaining token balance will be forfeited — there are no refunds on unused tokens.
Method 3: Dispute Through Segpay or Your Bank
Chaturbate processes payments through Segpay. If you see unexpected charges or can't resolve an issue directly:
