I reviewed SlutRoulette in this same sprint and called it "Streamate in a roulette costume." DirtyRoulette is the opposite problem. It's actually a roulette — random strangers on webcams — and it's not wearing any costume at all.

No models. No tokens. No billing. No profiles. You open the site, click start, allow camera access, and you're looking at whoever the server matched you with. Could be a guy in his living room. Could be someone who doesn't have their camera on. Could be someone doing something explicit. Could be a blank screen. Click Next and you get someone else. That's the entire product. It's Omegle for adults and it makes no attempt to be anything more than that.

I want to be clear about what that means for a review. Every other site in the Live Cams category has professional performers, pricing structures, feature sets, quality standards. DirtyRoulette has none of those things. Scoring it against Chaturbate or Stripchat or even SlutRoulette is almost unfair because they're solving different problems. Chaturbate is a marketplace. DirtyRoulette is a dice roll.

The Blacklight scan found 3 trackers and 0 cookies. The tracker count is the highest I've seen on a roulette-style site and ties Jerkmate in the Live Cams category. Flirt4Free is the only cam site with more at 4. No fingerprinting, no session recording, no keystroke capture. VirusTotal 0/94. The 3 trackers on a site with zero payment infrastructure means three advertising services are profiling your visits to an adult video chat. That's how the site pays for itself — there are no other revenue sources visible.

The operator is Mav Media LLC. US company. They've won WIPO domain dispute cases against people who registered typo-squatter versions of dirtyroulette.com, which tells me they have legal counsel and they defend the brand. That's more corporate activity than I can document for half the tubes I've reviewed. No individual names attached, no about page, no imprint. But the WIPO filings give you a company name and enough of a paper trail to know someone real is behind it.

Traffic is about 5 million monthly visits per Semrush. US is the top country. That's tiny compared to cam sites — Chaturbate does hundreds of millions — but for a random chat platform it's a functioning audience. Enough people to ensure you'll usually match with someone when you click Start.

The gender problem is the elephant that every Chatroulette clone has to deal with. The user base skews heavily male. If you're a straight man looking for women, the random matching is going to show you mostly other men. DirtyRoulette offers a gender filter — "Only Show Women" — but it requires an email or Google login. I couldn't verify how well the filter actually works because testing it would require extensive sessions and the results are inherently variable. External reviews suggest it helps but doesn't solve the ratio.

No account required for the base experience. No app on either store. Browser-only, works on mobile though the experience is obviously better on desktop where you have a proper webcam. The text chat works alongside the video. You can disable your own camera and text-only if you want.

The safety question hangs over everything. Omegle shut down in November 2023 after years of lawsuits over minors being exposed to explicit content through random matching. The founder wrote a public statement about it. DirtyRoulette operates the same fundamental model — random video connections between strangers on an adult platform — without any public documentation of how they handle moderation, age verification, or safety. The site says you must be 18+. There's no verification mechanism beyond clicking a button. Given what happened to Omegle, this is the most significant risk factor for the platform's future.

No features beyond the core. No tipping. No profiles. No favorites. No recorded shows. No history. No community. You match, you talk or don't, you click Next. The optional Google login for the gender filter is the most complex feature on the site.

5.0/10. I'm scoring this as a Live Cams site because that's the category it falls into, but it's really not comparable to anything else here. Chaturbate is a 7.9. Stripchat is an 8.4. Those are professional platforms with thousands of models and robust feature sets. DirtyRoulette is a free webcam roulette that costs nothing, requires nothing, promises nothing, and delivers exactly that. The value score is a 7 because it's completely free and the barrier to entry doesn't exist. The features score is a 3 because there are almost no features. The content score is a 4 because the content is whoever happens to be online. If what you want is genuinely random adult video chat with zero commitment, DirtyRoulette does that and nothing else. If what you want is anything more structured, everything else in this category serves you better.
