Transfixed has the same privacy problem I flagged on Pure Taboo, and for trans content it's arguably worse. Our Blacklight scan found 1 tracker, 1 cookie, and keystroke capture. I covered what keystroke monitoring means in the Pure Taboo review — a script recording what you type into form fields — so I won't repeat the technical breakdown. But the context here demands emphasis. Trans content viewers are disproportionately likely to be closeted, not publicly out, or accessing this material from situations where discovery carries real consequences. Keystroke capture on a site serving that audience is a privacy failure that the rest of the product can't fully compensate for.

That said — the rest of the product is exceptional, and ignoring it would be as dishonest as ignoring the privacy issue.

Bree Mills created Transfixed specifically to change how the industry produces trans content. The standard approach across most studios is reductive. Trans performers get cast into scenes framed entirely around their identity — the "trans" label is the selling point, the scenario, and the entire creative range. Transfixed flips that. Trans performers play characters. They have motivations, relationships, storylines that extend beyond their gender identity. The trans element is present without being the totality of what's happening on screen. It sounds like a low bar. Spend an hour browsing trans content on other platforms and you'll understand why it's not.

The casting diversity matters too. Transfixed produces pairings you essentially cannot find elsewhere. Trans-with-cis-female content barely exists in the professional adult industry. Most studios default to trans-with-cis-male because that's what the mainstream audience searches for. Mills specifically expanded the pairing range, which serves both trans viewers who want to see their experiences reflected and cis viewers curious about combinations that other studios ignore.

I watched about ten Transfixed scenes over a week. The narrative framing varies from subtle to ambitious. Simpler scenes might have five minutes of dialogue establishing a dynamic before the explicit content. Feature-length releases under the Pure Taboo umbrella — Mills crosses the brands occasionally — commit to full dramatic arcs. The performances reflect the casting approach. These are performers selected partly for their ability to carry dialogue and emotional beats, not just their physical presence. When it works, the result is trans content that feels closer to indie filmmaking than industrial adult production. When the script doesn't quite land or the chemistry misses, the slower pace exposes the gaps more than a quick-cut studio scene would.

The library is small. Transfixed prioritizes per-scene investment over volume, and the trans content market supports fewer releases than broader categories. You'll go through the dedicated Transfixed catalog faster than Girlsway or Pure Taboo. The Adult Time bundle softens this completely — the $9.95 subscription includes everything Gamma produces across all brands, so you're never stuck waiting for new Transfixed releases with nothing else to watch. TransAngels on the Aylo network has a bigger library with faster output, but a completely different production philosophy — Aylo formula versus Mills' narrative approach.

Billing through Segpay or Epoch. Generic descriptors that don't reference Transfixed. For trans content specifically, billing discretion is critical and both processors handle it adequately. 4K on newer scenes. Clean site design. Standard Gamma infrastructure.

The value question is the same as Girlsway. Standalone subscription at ~$29.99 makes zero sense when Adult Time bundles it for $9.95. The content is identical in both paths. Subscribe through Adult Time.

7/10. Transfixed does something the rest of the industry barely attempts — trans content produced with narrative care, directorial vision, and genuine respect for performers as artists. Mills built a brand that trans viewers and allies can engage with without the reductive framing that dominates elsewhere. The keystroke capture drags the score down significantly. For a brand explicitly serving an audience with heightened privacy needs, that finding is hard to reconcile with the progressive production values. The content earns more than a 7. The privacy profile prevents me from giving it.
